  2. Water and Sewer Utility Surcharge Consideration: Town Hall

    The City is considering a water and sewer utility surcharge to fund water main and sewer system improvement and replacement projects. To learn more about the analysis, proposed surcharge and 5-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), community members are invited to attend an in-person Town Hall at City Hall on Thursday, July 29 at 6:30 p.m. Those uncomfortable with attending in-person events may submit questions in advance to communityaffairs@whitehall-oh.us and/or during the live stream of the meeting on the City's Facebook page.
